Our relationship with you is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
By using this website and services (hereinafter “our boat trip”) provided by Authentic Attitude Limited (hereinafter “AAL”), you (as our «Clients») hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions of the service and Privacy Policy.

Data Privacy.
Only essential technical and analytical cookies are used on this website to ensure proper functionality.
For booking and service delivery, we collect only the following information: Name, email, phone, and additional information that Clients voluntarily provide (e.g., food allergies, shoe size, etc). This information is used exclusively for booking and operational purposes and is not shared with third parties except those who deliver the service.

Participant responsibility and Assumptions of risk.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. In the event of a late arrival by Clients, AAL reserves the right to shorten the duration of our boat trip and/or adjust the itinerary, including but not limited to changes required due to weather conditions, sea state, tides, or other environmental factors, without any obligation to extend our boat trip or provide a refund or compensation, provided that sea conditions remain safe. Weather forecasts are shared in advance to help Clients select the best date.
To have a nice day with AAL, it is crucial to follow safety instructions at all times and to respect the crew, other Clients, nature, the boat, and equipment. AAL reserves the right to refuse service or terminate our boat trip without refund in cases of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Our boat trip usually involves encounters with wild animals in their natural environment, who might be unpredictable. Any interaction with nature, whether intentional or accidental, is undertaken at Clients risk. AAL is not responsible for consequences arising from a Client’s failure to follow environmental or safety instructions.
Clients are responsible for their own personal valuable belongings.
AAL shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought on board.
AAL shall be liable in accordance with applicable laws and statutory provisions of the Republic of Mauritius in cases of proved willful misconduct or gross negligence by any employees of AAL.
Clients might be held responsible for damage to the vessel or equipment resulting from intentional actions, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions provided by the crew.

Terms and Conditions of the Purchase and Cancellation Policy.

No deposit needed for the booking at the moment

Booking process.
To book, send us a request from our online menu https://take.app/authenticmauritiustours or directly to any messenger from the website widget.
Once availability is manually confirmed by AAL, Clients will receive a payment link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, secured by Peachpayments to confirm the booking.
Both the booking and the boat trip are considered confirmed only after 50 or 100% deposit has been completed.

Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations initiated by Clients:

• more than 7 days before the boat trip are 100% refundable;
• 3-7 days before the boat trip, including but not limited to changes of plans, illness, travel disruptions, failure to attend, or any other personal circumstances, are subject to a 50% fee;
• less than 72 hours before the boat trip are non-refundable.

Cancellations initiated by AAL:
In case AAL cancels the boat trip at any time due to official meteorological warnings, including but not limited to cyclones, heavy rain warnings, unsafe sea conditions, or any other force majeure events beyond the reasonable control of AAL, such as natural disasters or governmental restrictions or any technical/operational problem, which make it impossible to carry out our boat trip, order paid online will be 100% refunded using the original payment method.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Changes to Terms and Conditions.
AAL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The date provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions is the latest revision date.
